Nephrotic Syndrome Education Day

Nephrotic Syndrome Education Day is a forum for parents, children and young adults living with nephrotic syndrome. The event will include special talks from experts in nephrology, integrative health and psychology, as well as a healthy cooking demonstration and a question and answer session led by a teenage panel of patients with nephrotic syndrome. There will be activities for teens and children of all ages. Food and refreshments will be provided.
Location: The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Hub for Clinical Collaboration
Parking is available at CHOP's Buerger Center for Advanced Pediatric Care.
The deadline to register is Friday, May 12 at 5 p.m.

Please join us for a virtual event meant to connect patients and families with other parents on issues related to Nephrotic Syndrome. The bulk of event time will be devoted to open conversation and a question and answer period with parents from our Glomerular Disease Learning Network (GLEAN).
You can submit any questions/topics you would like discussed at the event when you register or email questions to nephrologyevents@chop.edu leading up to the event.

The Division of Nephrology presents our annual family cooking workshop. Family pairs are invited to learn and cook your Favorite Fall Foods in a kidney-friendly way.
Participating patients must be ages 11-18 and must be accompanied by an adult caregiver or older sibling (ages 18 or up).
