Nephrotic Syndrome Education Day is a forum for parents, children and young adults living with nephrotic syndrome. The event will include special talks from experts in nephrology, integrative health and psychology, as well as a healthy cooking demonstration and a question and answer session led by a teenage panel of patients with nephrotic syndrome. There will be activities for teens and children of all ages. Food and refreshments will be provided.
Location: The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Hub for Clinical Collaboration
Parking is available at CHOP's Buerger Center for Advanced Pediatric Care.
The deadline to register is Friday, May 12 at 5 p.m.

The Division of Nephrology presents our annual family cooking workshop. Family pairs are invited to learn and cook your Favorite Fall Foods in a kidney-friendly way.
Participating patients must be ages 11-18 and must be accompanied by an adult caregiver or older sibling (ages 18 or up).

We’ll hear from experts on COVID-19 updates, learn some tips and tricks on kidney-friendly eating from a kidney dietician, and gain valuable insights and advice from a social worker on managing 504 and IEP plans. We’ll round out the hour with an interactive Q&A with a panel of top pediatric nephrologists, so bring any and all questions!
